Why Is My Hair Falling Out?

It is normal to lose up to about 100 hairs a day. This is the result of the normal hair growth cycle. Hairs will grow for a few years, then rest for a few months, shed, and regrow. Telogen is the name for the resting stage of the hair growth cycle. A telogen effluvium is when some stress causes hair roots to be pushed prematurely into the resting state. Telogen effluvium can be acute or chronic.

Lets understand how hair grows

Hair grows in three stages, and each strand of hair follows its own timeline. These three stages are:

  1. Anagen: active growth phase of hair that lasts 2-8 years
  2. Catagen: transition phase where hair stops growing, lasts 4-6 weeks
  3. Telogen: resting phase where hair falls out, lasts 2-3 months

The average scalp has 90-95 percent of the hair follicles in anagen phase. This means about 5-10 percent are in the telogen phase, which accounts for the 100-150 hairs that fall out every day.

Telegon Effluvium happens when there is a change in the number of hair follicles growing hair. If the number of hair follicles producing hair drops significantly for any reason during the resting, or telogen phase, there will be a significant increase in dormant, telogen stage hair follicles. The result is shedding, or TE hair loss.

Can this be treated?

YES!
Using a topical treatment like Hairaze will stimulate the scalp and activate the dormant hair follicles. The cells at the base of the follicle wake up and not only will it start producing hair but hairs will start to multiply. Therefore you will start to notice hair not only growing but getting considerably thicker, fuller and healthier. The unique blend of natural but powerful vitamins in the treatment will make new hair stronger too. Not only that but it will increase the anagen phase (the time hair is in the growth period) so you will notice significantly less shedding. It will create the perfect environment to grow new hair and also soothe an irritated scalp.

How quickly can I see results?
Some people notice results in as little as two weeks. However due to the hair growth cycle we recommend that you use the treatment for at least 90 days to see visible results.

Can anyone use Hairaze?
Yes, it’s for men and women experiencing hair thinning or hair loss. The key is patience and consistency.
